Testimonials

Honestly to say this property is beautiful is a understatement. I can’t think of a better place to get married than at Chayson Vine. We went to visit this venue when we were first engaged and I knew in my heart that this was going to be the wedding venue I would choose. Having both the ceremony and reception on site was so helpful in easing my stress as it related to wedding planning. The owners of the property were extremely flexible, communicative, personable and fun. Everyone raved about our wedding venue and were all in Aww the entire time by this hidden gem and lush landscapes. It isn’t like any other venue in the area simply because of the versatility; the flexible vendor policy and the fact that there is a suite on site for the getting ready process. The day of coordinator Maya is very knowledgeable and you can tell she has tons of experience so we loved the candid feedback she was able to share about our big day and the planning process. Her dedication shone through, especially on our wedding day, as she went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had everything we needed. The venue itself is not only beautifully maintained but also thoughtfully designed as a dedicated wedding space. Its layout supports a smooth flow for the ceremony and reception, with designated areas for all key activities. While Chayson Vine requires most items to be brought in, they provide key essentials like tables, linens, chairs, and patio furniture. Thank you for giving us such a seamless wedding experience. We had the best wedding ever, I’m still in bliss over it.
Sincerely, The Aranda’s
A Perfect Venue for a Perfect NightWe recently hosted a retirement celebration at Chayson Vines to honor Kathleen Rosenthal and Lisa Soldati, two remarkable teachers who dedicated nearly four decades to the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District. The event was nothing short of magical — and a big reason for its success was this extraordinary venue and its equally extraordinary owners, George and Carrie Konstantopoulos.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear we had chosen something special. Chayson Vines is breathtaking. The beautifully maintained grounds, including 2.5 acres of lush vineyards, a sparkling koi-filled pond, and a charming wooden bridge large enough to gather 40–50 guests, provided a backdrop of elegance and natural beauty. That bridge even gave us one of the most memorable moments of the evening — a group photo of more than 30 teachers, ranging in age from 23 to 80, celebrating the legacy and impact of two incredible educators.
George and Carrie didn’t just provide a venue — they delivered an experience. They went above and beyond to secure a fantastic DJ, coordinate bar accommodations, and ensure comfortable and clean bathroom facilities for all guests. Their attention to detail was incredible — from the pristine landscaping to the stunning remodeled pool that added a sense of grandeur and serenity to the event.
But what truly sets Chayson Vines apart is the hospitality. George and Carrie were personally on hand throughout the evening, graciously hosting and handling every behind-the-scenes detail (not that there were any issues — everything went off without a hitch). Their warmth, support, and thoughtful advice gave us confidence and peace of mind at every step.
If you’re planning a large outdoor event — whether it’s a retirement party, wedding, anniversary, or celebration of any kind — I can’t recommend Chayson Vines highly enough. The combination of natural beauty, thoughtful design, and caring, professional hosts creates a setting that is truly unforgettable.
Thank you, George and Carrie, for helping us create a night full of love, laughter, and lasting memories. We are forever grateful.
