Our Story
Our story began in the summer of 1986 when Carrie and I first met; she was just 12, and I was 15. Over the years, we crossed paths occasionally, but it wasn't until 1994 that our connection truly sparked (that's a story for another time). It was then that Carrie revealed I was her first crush. Within just five months, we were engaged and married a year later. Life has blessed us with two wonderful sons, Hayden and Anson, who are now grown men.
In February of 2015, we embarked on a new adventure by purchasing this property. We envisioned it as a long-term project, one that we would develop over several years. At the time, our kids were still in school, and we had grand plans filled with endless possibilities. Today, the result of our efforts is a private and intimate setting for friends and family to enjoy. Our property continues to evolve, with each year bringing new ideas for scenery and landscape.
Although we have been married for over 29 years, weddings still hold a special place in our hearts, reminding us of our own magical day back in 1995. It truly tugs at our heartstrings to see couples create one of the most memorable days of their lives on our property. We are honored that you are considering us as part of your special day.
